I am now going into my third season instructing Ballroom & Latin Dance at the Dance With Me Studio. I have grown immensely in my instruction experience these past two years, teaching teens, adults and senior adults. I started my journey into dance in 1991 with Janice Stevens being my very first instructor. Years later, meeting up with Janice by chance rekindled my interest in dance and with her encouragement, I became a skilled instructor.

I have been privileged to instruct not only at the studio, but as well, with the City of Burnaby for their Senior Adult Programs. This has led to a new Senior Program that runs every Sunday afternoon at the Dance With Me Studio and is called “Senior Sundays” All adults 55 years and up are welcome to join this group for continued dance instruction from 3-4:30pm.

Dance With Me Studio has also been contracted to instruct Ballroom & Latin Classes for the City Of Langley Recreation Programs and I am honored that Janice has recommended me for the undertaking. The classes range from average to very large classes, and I find them equally challenging and fun.

I have gained a great deal of experience this year teaching many young couples their wedding dance. This is a special program that Janice Stevens created for Wedding Couples and it has gained in popularity immensely.

I have concentrated so far on the beginner syallbus but have more recently ventured into instruction at the intermediate levels.
